What method do you offer?
I am certified and proudly offer Dreamcatcher hybrid hand-tied hair extensions for my my guest. I am certified in their no-show method which helps conceal the weft and beads in your natural hair allowing to wear your hair up or down.
How much do extensions cost?
Hair extensions are most certainly a investment, especially when it comes to the hair. This is why I proudly offer Dreamcatcher hair extensions because their hair is made with top of line human hair ethically sourced and with proper at home care, the hair can last up to 2 years. One thing to note though is, not one guest is a like when it comes to hair extensions so the cost can vary but you can expect to invest anywhere from $800 to $2500 for the hair and first install. The pricing is for a guest will be determined during a complimentary consultation.
What is the maintenance like?
Maintenance for hair extensions can be expected every 4-8 weeks. This can be depended on how the extensions are cared for at home and every guests hair. At the first install each guest will be sent home with a complimentary at home care bag with goodies to help maintain and a care sheet to know all the in and outs of having hair extensions.
I understand you could possibly have further questions or concerns when it comes to hair extensions which is so normal! With the complimentary consultation, we will be able to dig more in depth into hair extensions and the possible concerns or questions you may have and to gain a better understanding for your needs or wants when it comes to hair extensions!
Hair Extension Appointments
Before any hair extension appointment is made, a complimentary consultation is required to ensure the amount of wefts is tailored to your head & a correct color match is made. Once we have the correct color match and amount of hair needed, the appointment will be set during the consultation & the hair will be ordered,
(Please note that hair extensions cost does not include color for the guests hair or hair extensions if custom coloring is needed. Hair color cost is separate from the cost of hair extensions and pricing can vary. Also note hair extension package pricing can vary with amount of hair needed)

Policies aren't fun to talk about, but transparency and what tp expect from my business is important..
Running Late
As a guest, you have 9 minute grace period for tardiness. At 10 mins of tardiness, the guest will be asked to reschedule their appointment. This is respect to other guest guest day of and their experiences in the salon with their appointment time requested.
Cancellation/Reschedule
If a guest need to cancel or reschedule their appointment, I ask to please let me know 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. if notified less than 48 hours, a 50% fee charge will be charged to COF. If notified less than 24 hours, there will be a 75% fee charge of service to COF.
No Show/ No Calls
All No Show/Now Calls will be charged 100% fee charge of service wit COF and will no longer be allowed to book with TopKnot Styles.
I understand things happen! It's life! But I kindly ask my guests to follow these policies as much as possible. This is courteous of other guests, and my business as well. Thank you!
